Sunset Sounds at Oceanflow

Join Disco Billy for a soothing sunset sounds session to tune your frequencies for the weekend. We will start with a brief intro to sounds, then do some ‘gently does it’ breathwork, followed by a gentle stretch out before finally settling deep diving into three rounds of nourishing sound healing. This will include gongs, drums and crystal & Himalayan bowls.
Relax, breathe and let the sounds come as the sun drops down into the ocean as your backdrop.
