In the Spring, we look to support our rising Wood Element energy and boost the health of our Liver & Gallbladder systems. These in turn help the body detoxify healthily and clear the mind to help with vision & planning ahead. Expect a morning filled with learning, an energising twisty seasonal flow vinyasa followed by deeply stretching yin yoga and other techniques to help spring clean the body & mind!
These retreats are a fantastic and fun way to learn more about the Seasons and how you can become more in tune with nature, helping to create a stronger, more energised and happy YOU!
