Progress your Practice: A 3 week improvers course to build confidence on the mat!

When: Mondays 7.30-9pm (1st, 8th & 15th October)
The perfect course for those of you looking to improve your yoga practice, suitable for those just coming out of Beginner courses or if you feel ready to progress from Foundation classes! Over the 3 weeks, you’ll explore all the stages of poses such as crow (arm balance), headstand (inversion) and full wheel (backbend) to get more of an understanding about how we can start to bring these shapes into our flow practice. We’ll be using various props and techniques to build our confidence and having a lot of fun along the way!
