Set your long weekend up perfectly with an evening of self-exploration through the magic of sound with the amazing Jane Everett!

This SOUNDSCAPE opens with a guided meditation and sharing inspiration on our theme – BALANCE, in honour of the Libra supermoon that arrives on April 8th. We’ll set the space together using tools from nature, plus crystals, essential oils and divination cards, before we relax into the main event. The luscious long sound session will be focused around the powerful gongs, but also includes an array of crystal and Himalayan bowls, shamanic percussion and specially mixed digital ambience and binaural beats – altogether the sounds and vibrations will encourage deep meditation, inner journeying, and shifting into an altered state. We’ll close our circle and ground ourselves with tea and treats before floating off into the bank holiday weekend. Expect to feel relaxed, released, and reconnected to your inner landscape.

Sound is an incredible tool for supporting physical, mental and emotional conditions, and there are very few contraindicated states. However please do get in touch before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or tinnitus, as there is some extra information relevant to these conditions.
Beginners very welcome!

Jane is an experienced RYT, certified in Rocket, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin and Raja Hatha Yoga and currently completing Jivamukti training with Emma Henry. She has been fortunate to train and practice with incredible teachers all over the world in the 18 years since she stepped onto the mat. She is a qualified sound therapist, Usui Reiki Practitioner, self-taught astrologer and curious Wiccan explorer. Her soundscape events are held regionally, nationally and soon internationally and feature a hybrid of sound, shamanism, crystal grids, ritual and real-talk. She moved to Cornwall in 2017 in an effort to escape the fashion industry and make her part time gig her full time passion. It worked!
