Description: Our Seasonal Yoga Day Retreat for Summer is designed to energise, open and strengthen your body and mind through specially designed warming Vinyasa & cooling Yin yoga classes, a handstand clinic, pranayama (breathing work) and relaxing meditation techniques.
Seasonal Yoga is a unique style of yoga studied in depth by both of us where we connect familiar postures with the ancient knowledge of the 5-Element Theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine This powerful combination brings about a sense of balance as well as restoring your body & mind towards your highest energetic potential.
Our Summer Retreat will include a variety of methods that focus on the yang energy of the Fire Element and the circulatory organs of the season – the Heart & Small Intestine – with plenty of information shared about how we can support, strengthen and heal our bodies though seasonal living and yoga. We will provide seasonal information about our bodies, lifestyle and nutritional tips as well as cooking you a tasty lunch and snacks that are gluten and dairy-free.
All yoga and meals are held in our tranquil studio in Newquay with stunning and unobstructed views over Fistral beach.
