Late Summer Seasonal Wellness Workshop with Holly
21st September 2019
A rich and juicy combination of nourishing slow flow vinyasa, foraging/nutrition and yin is a fun way to learn more about the seasons and how you can become more in tune with nature, helping to create a stronger, more energised and happy you.
Drawn from the 5-Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and designed specifically for the season to nurture mind, body and soul, we will include a variety of methods that focus on the centering of energy of the Earth Element and nourish the organs of the season -the Stomach, Spleen and Pancreas. You will learn how to support, strengthen and heal your body firsthand through seasonal living and supporting your subtle energetic body through Yoga & Chi Gong as we share information about lifestyle, foraging and holistic nutrition.
Enjoy a seasonal cookery workshop specifically geared toward the Late Summer Season. You will get to taste and snack upon the flavors of the season. This part of the workshop is designed to share with you the best food to eat to promote good health at this time of the year including local foraging tips by Luscious Lucy Cornwall. If you have any dietary requirements, please inform us upon booking.
Our yoga workshop and cookery demo will be held in the stunning Oceanflow Yoga vinyasa studio with sweeping views of Fistral beach.
All levels and beginners welcome!
Spaces are limited, book today.
