Autumn Seasonal Wellness Workshop with Holly

A deeply warming and restorative combination of nourishing slow flow vinyasa, foraging/nutrition and yin is an enriching way to learn more about the seasons and how you can become more in tune with nature, helping to create a stronger, more balanced, energised and happy you.
Drawn from the 5-Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and designed specifically for the season to nurture mind, body and soul, we will include a variety of methods that focus on our abilities to ’let go and go within’ as we explore the properties of the Metal Element and nourish the organs of the season -the Lungs and Large Intestine. You will learn how to support, strengthen and heal your body firsthand through seasonal living and supporting your subtle energetic body through Yoga and Chi Gong as we share information about lifestyle, foraging and holistic nutrition.
Enjoy a seasonal cookery workshop specifically geared toward the Autumn. You will get to taste and snack upon the flavors of the season. This part of the workshop is designed to share with you the best food to eat to promote good health and build the immune system at this time of the year including local foraging tips by Luscious Lucy Cornwall. Our yoga workshop and cookery demo will be held in the stunning Oceanflow Yoga vinyasa studio with sweeping views of Fistral beach.

Holly Kellam is a certified 500hr Yoga Alliance instructor with many passions all related to sharing harmony, healing and abundance with others in a way that respects and honours each other and our home, the Earth. This is a road she has always walked and is a native American philosophy known as the “Beauty Path”. It takes many forms yet the movement of the body in yoga, the nourishment of the body through holistic nutrition & foraging and helping others open their hearts through travel have been paramount and have helped assist students on their own journeys of self-realisation. She feels truly honoured to be able to share her gifts with others both on and off the mat.
