We are excited to have you join us on this transformative journey to India. Before you proceed with booking our retreat, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. Reservation: To secure your spot on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined below:
- £250 Deposit: Paid on confirmation of booking
- 50% of remaining balance paid by 31st March 2024
- Final balance to be paid by 31st August 2024
Alternatively you can pay the deposit on booking and then split the remaining balance into equal monthly instalments.
1.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. There are no additional fees for making the deposit payment using a credit card. However, a 3.5% fee will be applied to the remaining balance when paying by card. Bank transfers do not incur any additional charges.
1.3. Price Changes: The prices for our retreats are subject to change. The price you are quoted at the time of paying your deposit is the final price you will pay for the retreat.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation 90 days or more before the retreat start date: 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded.
- Cancellation 30-89 days before the retreat start date: 25% of the total retreat cost will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be provided.
2.2. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of all payments made to us.
3. Travel and Insurance:
3.1. Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may affect your travel plans.
3.2. Health and Medical Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including coverage for yoga-related activities.
4. Health and Safety:
4.1. Physical Condition: Participants should be in good physical and mental health. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs that may affect your participation in the retreat.
4.2. Yoga Practice: You are responsible for your own safety during yoga sessions. Please inform the yoga instructors of any injuries or limitations before each session.
5. Liability Waiver:
By participating in this retreat to India, you agree to release us and our staff from any liability for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal property during the retreat.
We will collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of organising and administering the retreat. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
7. Changes to Itinerary:
We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
