How to Crow with Jen: Safe practices of arm balancing at home!

Our Arm Balance Posture Clinic will include the following:
*Explore the anatomy & body structure to safely get into & stay in Crow Pose (Bakasana).
*Practice warm-up & drills sequences that build strength and prepare you to FLY!
*Break down the components of the pose and learn different transitions to enter and exit Crow & other similar arm balances that you may be being offered in online classes.
*Understand the importance of Crow as the foundation to other arm balances and play with fun variations!
Props – You will need a non-slip yoga mat and a couple of yoga blocks or thick books. It might be handy to have a strap/belt and a clear wall space that we may use to help with transitions
Suitable for those with a regular yoga practice that are wanting to build confidence with arm balancing. You don’t need to be able to get into Crow Pose already but have an open mind an a willingness to try new things!
