The Oceanflow Yoga App has Arrived!
How to Download the App…
The App to look for is called GloFox.
For iPhones, follow this link… >Download App<
For Android, follow this link… >Download App<
Once you have downloaded the app, on startup it will ask you to search for your yoga studio. Start typing in Oceanflow Yoga and we will come up. You only have to do this once on startup. We have imported everyones accounts and remaining class blocks over so your account is ready to go for you. All you need to do when you login for the first time is to reset password. You will be given the opportunity to choose a password and then you are good to go.
How to Use the App…
We are hoping the app is so user friendly, it should be self explanatory on how to use it. There are several different options to play with but to book on to a class, you can follow these instructions:
1. Press on “Classes”
2. Choose the date you wish to attend by sliding the menu along the top of the page
3. Choose the class you wish to attend on that day
4. Hit “Use credits” at the bottom
If you don’t have any credits left you can either purchase another block on the “Memberships” page of the app or you can select to pay for the class when you arrive at the studio. If you have any problems at all, please feel free to give Stretch a buzz on 07795 385308.
How to Book Online…
Don’t worry if you don’t have a smart phone, you can still book on like before through the website. To book through our website, follow these instructions:
1. Click “Book Online” on the homepage of our website
2. Click on the class you want to attend on the online calendar
3. Hit “Use credits” at the bottom or choose payment method to book
Bring a Buddy…
The new system makes it much easier to bring people with you and share the same block. There is an option to “Bring a Buddy” when booking through the website which will allow you to bring up to three people along with you to class under your account. They will then use your credits. This option is ideal if you want to share a block with your partner of family member.
The Waiting List…
We now operate an online waiting list if classes are full. If you have the app, make sure you turn on push notifications as these will be used to make you aware that a space is available. If there is more than one person on the waiting list, it is a case of the first person to respond gets the place (another reason to turn on push notifications!) If you don’t have the app, you will need to log in through the website to check your account to see if a space has become available.
Please check any pre bookings that you have made into December. We have only been able to transfer the number of classes that you have got enough credits left for. ie. If you have booked up for three Wednesdays in a row but only had two classes left in your current block then only the first two Wednesdays will have been uploaded onto the new booking software.Any questions give Stretch a buzz on 07795 385308.
