Following the recent government guidelines that increase our time outside and the meeting of one member not from your household, we are now able to offer one on one sessions in the fresh air, adhering to the 2m socially distanced rule.
- Monday 11-12noon – with Jen
- Tuesday 12-1pm – with Jen

- Thursday 10-11am – with Jen
- Friday 10-11am – with Jen

These sessions are a great chance to work on specific poses and correct alignment in postures to enhance your ‘at home’ & online practices with opportunity to ask any burning yoga questions you might have about anatomy, breathing & meditation techniques.
Sessions will be held outside locally, weather-dependent, and we’ll confirm the location via email before we meet. Please bring your own yoga mat. We will measure out a 2m area around it so you can have your own private mat bubble and we will teach you from the sidelines being able to see all angles.
Please only book if you are feeling well and no-one in your household has any Covid-19 symptopms. Pre-payment online is required with 24hr notice of cancellation (50% fee if after). We will reschedule for any bad weather.
