HOT – Oceanflow HOT yoga classes are held in our specialised HOT studio at temperatures around 40deg C and humidity of 40-50%. This 75 minute class uses a series of 26 postures to work every muscle, gland and system in your body, allowing detoxification, healing and strength building. Modifications and options are provided throughout the class so all levels and abilities are welcome.
HOT EXPRESS – A slightly shorter and faster version of the classic HOT sequence still incorporating all of the 26 postures in 60 minutes!
HOT FLOW – A HOT FLOW class is based around the poses of the Ashtanga Primary Series and involves more movement than the classic HOT sequence and so the room is kept is at a slightly cooler temperature.
