Some Background…

Lara discovered yoga over 12 years ago, drawn to Eastern Philosophy in her late teens where she studied Hinduism for two years. From there she sought out her first Iyengar class when she lived in Australia, and has continued to explore different styles of Asana since. The philosophy she shares in her classes is to know ourselves so well that when we step onto our mats, we can honour the uniqueness of our body. She teaches in a way that helps us to find that ‘inner’standing.

Qualifications

Lara qualified in Power Yoga in 2018, at a Baptiste affiliated studio in London, and has continued to deepen her knowledge ever since; training in Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Womb Yoga.

“It is an honour to be able to share with people what I have learnt over the years and love seeing how quickly the body and mind start to respond to practising yoga”
