Lara discovered yoga over 10 years ago, drawn to Eastern Philosophy in her late teens where she took studies in Hinduism for two years. From there she sought out her first Iyengar class when she lived in Australia, and has continued to explore different types of yoga since; until finding power vinyasa which resonated with her more free-spirited practice. Lara has been teaching yoga for almost a year, qualifying at the beginning of 2018 at a Baptiste affiliated studio in London. She has a calm and kind approach to teaching, and respects that we all have unique bodies and different ways of expressing ourselves. She understands that some days we are blessed with a magical balanced practice, and other days we may wish to spend the whole hour in childs pose.
