Are you curious about the space within your pelvic bowl? Do you want to feel more aligned and connected with your feminine essence? Perhaps this is a space that has received limited nourishment in the form of awareness or connection in your life? or perhaps you have no idea why but you are drawn…

Wherever you are in your cycle of womanhood – maiden, mother or wise elder; whether you are currently experiencing a menstrual cycle or have all the knowledge to live without it (menopause), and whether you have a physical womb space or not, join us on Monday 5th April to start your day in an extra nourishing way.

You will be guided through a series of practices designed to bring awareness to the Boa Mei channel (the uterus vessel in Chinese Medicine) – which links the womb to the heart and guides us in making wise choices around love, creativity, and sex.

There will be familiar posture, mudra, breathwork, acupressure, sound release using our own voices and relaxation, along with an opportunity at the end to journal.

Set up your space in a way that feels safe and nourishing. Clear your diary for 2 hours and drop into a space of pure feminine delight as we journey together to meet our shakti power.

Props needed: Blanket, cushions, journal, pen.
