2. Cancellation and Refunds:

2.1. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. The following cancellation fees apply:

2.2. Please ensure your travel insurance covers the eventualities mentioned above.

2.3 Covid: Although travel borders have relaxed and travel visas to India are now available again, we recognise that things can change without warning. Should India become a no travel zone due to COVID as per the recommendations of the UK Government then we will postpone the retreat. You will be given the option of your money back in full* (including deposit) or you can choose to defer to the new date. *Please note a 3.5% fee will be retained from the refund for those who paid by card. Those who paid by bank transfer will not incur this fee on refund.

3. Travel and Insurance:

3.1. Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may affect your travel plans. We also recommend arranging travel visas as soon as you are able to allow for any delays with the Indian Embassy. We cannot be held liable should the retreat participant not be able to obtain a visa for whatever reason.

3.2. Health and Medical Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including coverage for yoga-related activities.

3.3 Covid: In the event that you present symptoms or test positive for COVID and this prevents you from attending the retreat, you must have travel insurance in place to protect yourself for this outcome as we cannot offer refunds in this scenario. Most travel insurances include this as standard now, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the policy you choose includes COVID protection.

4. Health and Safety:

4.1. Physical Condition: Participants should be in good physical and mental health. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs that may affect your participation in the retreat.

4.2. Yoga Practice: You are responsible for your own safety during yoga sessions. Please inform the yoga instructors of any injuries or limitations before each session.

5. Liability Waiver:

By participating in this retreat to India, you agree to release us and our staff from any liability for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal property during the retreat.

6. Privacy:

We will collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of organising and administering the retreat. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Changes to Itinerary:
