INDIA Retreat Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

We are thrilled to have you join us on this transformative journey to India! Before you proceed with booking, please read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below. By clicking the “Pay Deposit” button, you confirm that you agree to these terms.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of paying your deposit.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation

To secure your place on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking.

• 50% of the remaining balance is due by 31st July 2026.
• The final balance is due by 30th November 2026.
• Alternatively, after paying the deposit, you may opt to split the balance into equal monthly instalments. If choosing monthly instalments, payments must be made on time as agreed. Failure to keep up with the payment plan may result in the booking being cancelled and cancellation terms applied.

1.2 Payment Methods:

• On or before 31st July 2026: The £250 deposit is retained. All additional payments are refunded (minus any card fees)
• 1st August – 30th November 2026: The £250 deposit plus 30% of the total retreat price are retained. Any payments above this amount are refunded (minus card fees).
• On or after 1st December 2026: No refunds will be provided.

1.3 Price Guarantee

The price quoted at the time of your deposit is the final price you will pay. Prices will not change after booking.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following fees apply:

• On or before 31st July 2026: The £250 deposit is retained. Additional payments are refunded (minus any card fees).
• 1st August – 30th November 2026: The £250 deposit and 30% of the full trip cost are retained. Additional payments are refunded (minus any card fees).
• On or after 1st December 2026: No refunds will be provided.

Whether paying in full or by instalments, cancellation charges are based on the total retreat price, not the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

2.2 Cancellation by Us (Force Majeure)

If the retreat is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or insufficient bookings), all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded (minus card fees for those who paid by card). This refund releases us from any further liability to the extent permitted by law. Ensure your travel insurance covers such events.

2.3 COVID-19 Policy:

• If COVID-related travel restrictions prevent the retreat from going ahead, we will either reschedule or offer a full refund (minus card fees for those who paid by card).
• If you are unable to attend due to testing positive for COVID or for other personal reasons (including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or bereavement), your travel insurance must cover these circumstances. Refunds will not be provided in these situations.

3. Travel and Insurance

3.1 Travel Arrangements:

• Participants are responsible for their own international flights to Delhi.
• Internal travel within India (e.g., flights, cars, buses etc between retreat destinations) is included in the retreat price.
• Participants must arrange their own travel visas promptly. We cannot be held liable for delays or issues in obtaining a visa.
• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes are the responsibility of the participant and their airline.

3.2 Insurance:

• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including coverage for yoga-related activities, is mandatory.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your policy includes COVID-related disruptions, cancellations, and medical cover.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Physical Condition:

• Participants should be in good physical and mental health.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs. While we will make every effort to accommodate these, we cannot guarantee they will be met due to local limitations.

4.2 Yoga Practice:

• Participation in yoga sessions is at your own risk. Please inform instructors of any injuries or limitations.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in this retreat, you agree to release us and our staff from liability for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal property except where caused by our negligence.

6. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information solely for organising and administering the retreat. Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent in accordance with UK data protection laws.

7. Price Inclusions and Exclusions

The retreat price includes:

• Accommodation
• Meals as specified in the itinerary
• Yoga sessions
• Internal travel within India (e.g., flights, cars)

The retreat price does not include:

• International flights to/from Delhi
• Travel visas
• Travel insurance
• Optional activities outside the retreat itinerary

8. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
