Whether you are new to yoga, have specific needs or injuries, you have a group celebration or you are looking to deepen your existing practice with some personal attention and guidance, a private session with us at Oceanflow Yoga is a fantastic opportunity to open yourself up to the never-ending journey of yoga.  In the initial session we will have a consultation to discuss your aspirations, needs and experience before tailoring a yoga routine specifically for you, giving you enough information for you to be able to establish your own personal yoga practice at home.

The sessions can be designed to follow any areas of interest you have such as breathing practices, meditation, yoga philosophy, physical postures, or relaxation. Also, you can ask as many questions as you would like to deepen your understanding of yoga. After our first session we can continue to meet as regularly as you feel is appropriate in order to develop and modify your personal routine.  You can choose to either visit us at our studio or we can come to you if that is more convenient.

£50 per 60 minute Yoga session (1-2-1)

£70 per 90 minute Yoga session (1-2-1)

Prices will vary with the amount of students per group so please contact us to check if you’d like to add more people to your session or arrange a private group class. Travel expenses will be charged if the session is held away from the Oceanflow Yoga Studio. We operate a 24hr cancellation policy with our private sessions. If a class is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then the cost of the class will still be charged.
