Winter is a time of hibernation and deep rest. It is the time of year where if you look into the natural world you will see more stillness. Animals save resources by hibernating, trees halt their growth and drop their leaves and energy is conserved. As we are nature, this time is the ideal time for us to enjoy some deep rest and restoration.

Drop everything and indulge in nourishing rest. We will be doing gentle meditation, yoga nidra, a restorative yin practice, breath work and lots of time laying around allowing our bodies and minds to reset and daydream. Rest is so important to our health, our ability to heal, our creativity and our sense of vitality.

Enjoy a deeply restorative experience designed to reset the nervous system, calm and clear the mind, gently move the body. This session will include:
