Day Five

Welcome to the final day of your Five Day Detox Plan! Below you will find your morning HIIT video (High Intensity Interval Training), your evening yoga video and recipes to follow for your meal plan.

Well done, you’ve made it to the final day of the five day program! By this point you should really be starting to feel the benefits of all your hard work. This may be feeling more toned from the HIIT videos, less bloated from the yummy food or simply more calm and stretchy from the yoga videos. We encourage you to give it your all for this final day and really soak up the feelings of accomplishment that you have stayed the course. Remember, this doesn’t have to be a one off plan. You can either repeat this again next week or dip in and out of the videos and food recipes to compliment your regular day to day schedule.

It only takes some small changes in habits to have significant, lasting effects on the body and mind. We are always faced with choice in life. When temptation comes knocking on our door, remember your identity and your gut will be guided to the better choice. If on occasion that identity slips and we perhaps eat something we shouldn’t, remember the 80:20 rule and be kind to yourself.
