Chillout Yin & Relaxation Workshop with Katie

Join Katie Friday on 11th Feb for an evening of yin, yoga nidra and journaling. We will do some journaling exercises to help support befriending ourselves in the midst of modern life. This will be followed by a gentle heart opening yin practice. Yin yoga is a deeply nourishing and meditative form of yoga where we hold floor based postures for between 3-10mins. Great for creating more spaciousness in the body and mind and soothing your nervous system. The session will finish with a yoga nidra guided meditation to integrate the practice. Dreamy.
