Ah, Push It! 2hr Arm Balance + Inversion Vinyasa Masterclass with Jen Sunday 23rd February 2020

Following on from our ‘Twisted Firestarter’ Detox Masterclass last year,
our ‘Ah, Push It!’ edition will delve into learning how we can safely prepare,
approach, maintain & exit a variety of popular arm balances &
inversions. Through a specialised flow, drills and of course, an appropriate
playlist to match, we’ll get geeky about shoulder stability and the importance
of our ‘push’ muscles as we tune up our chaturangas and get ready to FLY! Jen
will break down how proper alignment of our anatomy can create a stronger, yet
lighter balance, sharing her tips & tools for holding the postures once in
flight. This workshop is suitable for those with an existing Vinyasa or Hatha
practice and already familiar to a degree with arm balances to deepen your
understanding of how they work. You don’t have to be able to do any of them
very well yet – this is what the class will be for!
